My children really love their jujitsu classes, we are so happy here. The coaches are fantastic with the children and make the classes fun while teaching them discipline, respect and perseverance. It's great to see how they're learning and growing and they're always excited to attend which is amazing. The Coaches genuinely care about the children and are so encouraging and patient with them, giving each child the care and attention they need. What can I say about the Origami Factory that the other parents haven’t already said. They are not just teaching our children how to protect themselves and how to maintain a level of fitness. My teenage daughter spent the summer training with the team at The Origami Factory, travelling from the UK to take part in the programme.

Having never done Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu before, she had to step outside her comfort zone and find the courage to take on something completely new. It was wonderful to see her embrace the challenge, both physically and mentally.

Due to her ADHD, she can sometimes make impulsive decisions that don’t always serve her well. Since returning home, we have noticed a real shift in her approach to life. She is more thoughtful and reflective, takes greater responsibility for her actions and demonstrates a more mature attitude. This is feedback we have also received from her school.

Whilst I recognise that maturity naturally develops with age, I believe the programme has played a significant role. The focus on daily behaviours and habits, alongside the physical discipline of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, has given her practical tools to approach life with greater self-discipline and awareness.

The Origami Factory offers a fantastic, supportive programme, delivered by a wonderful team who took the time to understand her as an individual and work with her to bring out the best in her.
